There’s a certain intrigue to a tattoo on someone’s back. It’s a hidden story, only revealed in glimpses or moments of vulnerability. Today, we’re focusing on a specific design: wings emblazoned with initials.

What could it symbolize?

The combination of wings and initials offers a rich tapestry of interpretations. Here are a few possibilities:

  • Guardianship: Wings are often associated with angels, protectors, and spiritual guides. Perhaps the initials represent a loved one who has passed, forever watching over the wearer.
  • Freedom & Legacy: Wings can also symbolize freedom and soaring above limitations. The initials could be a reminder of a personal goal achieved or a path one is determined to follow.
  • Love & Loss: A more melancholic interpretation might be a lost love. The wings could represent a yearning to be reunited, while the initials hold the memory close.
  • Family & Belonging: The initials could represent family members, a constant source of strength and support. The wings could symbolize a sense of belonging or a desire to lift the family name.

Beyond the Symbolism

Of course, the meaning behind the tattoo is ultimately personal. It’s a story etched in skin, a reminder whispered every time the wings catch the light.

Have you seen this tattoo?

Perhaps you’ve crossed paths with someone sporting this design. Did it spark your curiosity? Did you wonder about the story behind it? Share your thoughts in the comments!

Thinking of getting a similar tattoo?

This design offers a beautiful canvas for personalization. Consider the following:

  • Wing Style: Angelic, feathered, or something more abstract?
  • Initial Placement: Within the wings themselves, on the shoulder blades, or nestled at the base?
  • Font & Style: Bold and blocky, delicate script, or a meaningful symbol?

Ultimately, the most important aspect is that the tattoo resonates with you. Let it be a permanent reminder of something that holds a special place in your heart.

We’d love to see your wings take flight! Share your “Wings and Initials” tattoo (if you have one) using #WingedInitials on social media.

Tattooing has become a popular form of body art, and it’s not just limited to adults. You’ll find plenty of young people with tattoos, some even as young as 16 who got inked by their mothers or fathers. If you’re looking for ideas on what kind of tattoo designs you can get with your parents or children, here are some tips on how to choose one that will look awesome on all involved parties:

Father Daughters Tattoo

Father-daughter tattoos can be symbolic of many things. For example, a father-daughter tattoo is a symbol of love and protection. It shows how much a father loves his daughter. The bond between fathers and daughters has been around for years, so it’s no surprise their influence can still be seen today through tattoos.

The best way to express this unique relationship is through ink! There are many different tattoo ideas you could use to show your love for each other as well as how connected you are. This can be done by getting matching tattoos or even by getting one that represents something special about both of you individually such as having the color green in it since both your favorite colors happen to be green or purple!

You don’t have to get just one either; there are many options available when deciding which designs would work best with what kind of personality types each person has which include: flowers (romantic), hearts (romantic), butterflies (feminine), and dolphins(creative).

Tattoos are all about meaning. From the simple to the complex, from the traditional to the trendy, from the delicate to the bold, a tattoo says something about its owner. If a tattoo is well designed and placed, it can be a powerful symbol of beauty and a mark of honor and strength. One such popular tattoo is that of father-daughter tattoo designs.

Tattoos are all about meaning. From the simple to the complex, from the traditional to the trendy, from the delicate to the bold, a tattoo says something about its owner. If a tattoo is well designed and placed, it can be a powerful symbol of beauty and a mark of honor and strength. One such popular tattoo is that of father-daughter tattoos.

Father-daughter tattoos have gained immense popularity in recent times and many people have been opting for this kind of awesome design on their bodies. If you are thinking about getting one for yourself then below we will tell you how to choose your design wisely:

Why go for a father-daughter tattoo?

So the first thing to consider when you’re thinking about getting a father-daughter tattoo is why. A lot of times people get tattoos as an expression of love, but in this case, it could be more about pride than anything else.

Tattoos can be a way for you and your daughter to show off your connection with each other, or even just with other people (like other family members) who have been part of that journey with you both throughout the years. It’s also a great way for you to show how proud you are of her accomplishments—whether they’re academic or athletic achievements—and demonstrate that those things mean something important to both of you.

In our society, children are taught that they can do anything they want to achieve if they have a dream and put in the hard work. This same message applies to choosing tattoos because they are a visual expression of yourself, who you are, and what you stand for.

Tattoos can be a powerful symbol of beauty, honor, or strength depending on the meaning behind your tattoo. To choose the right tattoo design for your daughter, it is important to keep this in mind when making her choice.

It’s no secret that fathers love their daughters unconditionally, especially fathers. They protect their children by giving them shelter and food and clothing. They give advice about life and love that helps guide their children toward their goals in life. For fathers who love tattoos as much as their daughters do, father-daughter tattoos are an expression of how much he loves her along with his pride and joy for his daughter’s accomplishments in life so far.

Couple Tattoo

Sometimes, tattoos are more than just body art. Sometimes they’re a way to show your partner that you love them, or that you’ll always be with them. A couple tattoo is a symbol of love and commitment between two people who are committed to each other for life. It can be as simple as an infinity sign, or it can be something more elaborate (but still tasteful). Couple tattoos are not just reserved for couples who have been together for many years; they also work well for people in new relationships, or even just casual dating situations where one person wants their significant other to know that he or she is thinking about him/her constantly!

A couple tattoo will say: * “I want everyone else in the world to know how much I care about my partner – including his/her family members who may not approve of our relationship.”* “This person means so much more than any other person has ever meant before.”* “We’ve overcome some pretty tough times together; we’re stronger now than ever because we know what it feels like when the going gets tough.”

Conclusion

Tattooing is an art form that has been around for thousands of years. The first tattoos were created by cultures throughout the world and they varied in complexity, design, and placement. Today, tattoos are still used as a way to express oneself but there are also many people who get them because they like the look or feel of having ink on their skin.

Feather tattoos are popular tattoo designs. There are many people who love to get feather tattoos on their bodies. You can draw a feather tattoo on your arm, back, and almost any part of your body. Feathers have different meanings like freedom, transition, etc. Also, the colour of the feather means something too. Also, some people choose to add a quote or any word with their feather tattoo design which makes it more meaningful

All important things you should know about feather tattoos

Feather tattoos are one of the most popular tattoo designs. They are among the most versatile and can be drawn in multiple styles. Here are a few things you should know about feather tattoos:

Symbolism of Feathers

Feathers have been used as symbols throughout history. They were used by Native Americans in ceremonies and rituals, while other cultures used feathers to symbolize good luck, courage, or love.

Choosing a Feather Tattoo Design

Feathers are a beautiful way to express yourself with your body art. If you’re looking for something unique that expresses your personality, then consider getting a feather tattoo!

Feather tattoos are versatile and express different messages depending on the colors and designs used. Feathers are often used in Native American culture to represent the link between the bird and the spirit world. The feather symbolizes a connection to higher power, freedom, strength, and peace.

History of Feather Tattoo Designs

Feathers also have historical significance in many cultures as symbols of honor or prestige; for example, tribal leaders wear feathers as a sign of their position in society.

The image of wings has been used by many cultures throughout history including Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans who associated it with divine creation through both Hermes (winged messenger god) but also Jesus Christ (the winged man).

Feathers are a common symbol of freedom, flight, and transition. They’re also associated with peace and death—but only after life’s transition has occurred. Feathers can be symbolic of rebirth as well because they represent new life emerging from old ones.

Meaning of Feather Tattoo Design

This may not seem like much when you look at it on its own; however, if you consider the last few weeks in your own life (or even if you just think back to some random day), then this meaning makes more sense. Every time our lives change direction or we move on to another phase of our existence (like getting out of school or graduating), we experience something similar to what birds do when they shed their feathers each year: they grow new ones so they can fly.

We all like to feel that our tattoos are meaningful, but most of the time they just look cool. But if you want something that really resonates with your life, adding a quote or other word is a great way to do it.

If you’re going to put words on your body for life, make sure those words matter! It doesn’t have to be Shakespeare or some other famous poet—it could be lyrics from a song that reminds you of someone special or describes how you feel about yourself. Or maybe even just a phrase from an old book that has stuck with you over the years.

Design & Location of Feather Tattoos

Feather tattoos are versatile and express different messages depending on the colors and designs used. They can be designed in a variety of styles, from realistic to abstract, and in multiple locations on the body. In addition to feathers, you can incorporate winged animals like birds or angels into your design for an added level of meaning.

Feathers can also be designed with vibrant colors like red and yellow that traditionally represent passion or fire, making them perfect for those looking for a bold statement piece!

We have discussed different types of feather tattoos. There are many different designs for this tattoo. You can choose any one of them depending on your personality and the meaning behind the design. If you want to get a tattoo with feathers then first think about what it means to you, then choose a design that suits your personality type, and finally find a good artist who will create your dream tattoo.

A flower tattoo is a popular choice for women and men alike. Flowers are not only beautiful but also versatile. You can use flowers in a variety of ways to convey different meanings. The design of the flower is also important, so it’s best to choose one that you think suits your personality. Here is a collection of some colorful flower tattoos with letters:

Flower Tattoo

Flower tattoos can be inked in any color you choose, or they can be done in black and white to give them an elegant look. Many different types of flowers can be used to create a great flower tattoo design. You can choose from roses, Lillies, sunflowers, or even daisies depending on the type of flower you have decided upon for your tattoo.

Flower tattoos are beautiful to look at and offer different meanings depending on what kind of flower is chosen for your tattoo design!

Flower Tattoo Design

Flower tattoos are a popular choice for women.

These tattoos can be designed in many ways and colors, styles, and sizes.

The most popular placement for women’s tattoos is on the arms, lower back, and legs. They are also placed in other areas such as the chest, stomach, and neck.

Colorful Flower Tattoo

A colorful flower tattoo is a popular choice for women. It’s feminine, vibrant, and fun. They’re also easier to hide or conceal than other types of tattoos.

A colorful flower tattoo is always an excellent choice!

Flower tattoos can be placed on any part of the body. They are very versatile and can be used as an accent tattoo, a full sleeve tattoo, or even just a simple single flower placed in an unusual place.

Watercolor Flower Tattoo

The watercolor flower tattoo is a great piece to show off your love of the arts. Watercolor flower tattoos have been around for quite some time and they are still as popular as ever. If you’re looking for a way to express yourself, this is one of the best ways to do so!

Watercolor artwork can be done in many different ways:

  • Outline – A solid outline without any shading or highlighting will create an image that appears flat on your skin. This style can be used on its own or combined with other styles such as dotwork or linework for extra detail and dimensionality.
  • Dotwork – Similar in appearance to block color tattoos, but instead of using blocks of solid color, dots create patterns within each flower shape that create depth and shading effects just like paint would appear while being applied to the paper surface; this adds more dimensionality than simply outlining everything would provide alone since it separates each individual petal with its own layer instead just drawing one single line around them all together making them seem less connected together than they are.

Light Purple Iris Flower Tattoo

Flower tattoos are one of the most popular types of tattoo designs, and there are many reasons why they’re so popular. For one thing, flowers can be used as symbols or reminders of important life events and milestones. For example, if you got married on a certain day or your first child was born on a certain day, you might want to commemorate those dates with flowers in your tattoo design.

If you have someone in mind when considering getting a flower tattoo (like an ex-partner), it’s important to make sure that person is someone who meant something special to you before getting a flower tattoo. If not, then it may feel like they were just another person in your life that didn’t mean anything special at all!

Flowers also represent beauty and happiness which makes them perfect for any girl looking for ways she can boost her self-esteem after having been through some tough times lately.”

Dark Purple Iris Flower Tattoo

You can make a dark purple iris flower tattoo by using a thin brush and black ink. This is one of the most popular flowers for tattoos because its meaning is so deep. The iris flower symbolizes feelings of love, compassion, and respect. It’s also associated with faithfulness, loyalty, and honor to your family members.

Of course, there are several types of this particular flower that you can use as inspiration for your own tattoo design:

  • Purple Iris Tattoo Designs: This type has leaves that resemble the shape of maple leaves but have purple petals instead of green ones. A great example would be Victor Cruz’s arm tattoo! He got it done right underneath his sleeve; this allows him to cover it when he puts on his jersey during games without having to worry about hiding anything important in there like his number 97 (which also happens to be his favorite number).
  • Blue Iris Tattoo Designs: Another variation of this design will use only blue instead – usually lighter shades though not always true; some artists prefer darker hues such as midnight sky tones or even navy blue color schemes which might seem strange since they’re not what we typically expect from something called “blue iris.” However, if done correctly then these designs would look stunning especially if paired with other types such as yellow roses or red tulips (or both!)!!!

A flower tattoo is a popular tattoo choice for women. A flower tattoo is also a popular choice for men and couples, who like to get matching flower tattoos. This particular flower tattoo has an interesting element of lettering on the left of it, and it makes this design pop!

Conclusion

We hope you enjoyed this watercolor flower tattoo and its meaning. If you’re interested in getting one yourself, make sure to choose the right design based on your personality and interests! Remember: flowers are symbols of beauty, hope, love, and other positive things that can help you express yourself through body art.

You’ve spent months deciding on the right tattoo, and finally, it’s time to get inked. You’re excited and nervous, but one question remains: What is the best place to put your new tattoo? Should it be on your arm or your chest? An ankle or back? The answer is simple: any place you want! Well… maybe not literally any spot—you probably don’t want to get a giant portrait of your ex on your forehead. But generally speaking, there are no hard-and-fast rules about where you should get tattooed. That said, there are some considerations that may make certain locations more appealing than others for different people; this article will help guide you through those considerations so that when you choose where to get inked, it’ll be an experience that makes both you and whoever gets to see it happy!

Persist Tattoo Meaning

The meaning behind the Persist tattoo is to keep going, keep trying and keep fighting. It means that no matter what happens in life it’s important to stay positive and move forward.

Persistence is a character trait that some people have but others don’t. The Persist tattoo means that you’re a person who will never give up on what they want in their life and will work hard towards getting it.

If you’re struggling to make something happen with your life and are wondering how to persist, get this phrase tattooed on yourself!

It has to be something that feels important to you and your life.

A script tattoo is one that has meaning, and it’s essential to take the time to find a design that makes sense for you. It has to be something that feels important to you and your life. You don’t want a tattoo just because it looks cool or other people have them—it’s got to be something that will make sense with your personality and lifestyle.

It also has to be something that fits into your long-term plans: “I’m going through this phase right now,” or “My dad wants me not having tattoos” are NOT good reasons for getting a script tattoo! If you’re looking at getting something specific in mind then talk about why this particular phrase/word would best fit what you want in a piece of art on your body forever! Make sure there’s no regret later down the road!

Script Tattoo

The Persist Script Tattoo is the perfect script tattoo for those who are fans of the word “persist”. The word itself means to continue doing something even when it seems impossible, and this tattoo represents that perfectly. If you want a tattoo that can help you stay motivated, then this is the one for you!

Persist Word Tattoo Meaning

The meaning behind this word makes it even more important than others in our opinion as it reminds people to always keep going no matter what happens in life. This single word has helped many people get through some very difficult times, so we think it’s important to carry on those traditions by passing them along yourself!

Couple Tattoo

Couple Tattoo Meaning

With the help of the internet, you can get a lot of ideas for couple of tattoos. You may have seen some on Instagram, Pinterest, or other social media sites and wondered what their meaning is or how to get one yourself. It’s important that you ask yourself why you want to get a tattoo with your partner before getting one together. Couple tattoos are very popular and can mean various things depending on who gets them and what they look like. Some people think that they represent love in its purest form while others associate them with marriage; however, there are many more meanings associated with couple tattoos than just these two interpretations!

Conclusion

Now that you know about the meaning of these tattoos, you can start searching for one that reflects your personality and beliefs. If you want a tattoo for an important value or belief, then we suggest taking the time to learn more about these ideas before deciding on what design will work best for you. With so many beautiful styles available today it doesn’t have to be difficult to find one that suits your interests.

These are the best bee tattoos that you can get!

Your Honey, Bumble, Queen, Africanized, Carpenter, Leopard Print, Cute little small baby cartoon bee tattoo guide.

If you’re looking for a cute small baby cartoon bee tattoo design, this guide is for you!

In this article, we are going to cover all kinds of bees. You’ll get an Africanized bee tattoo and Bumble Bee Tattoo. As well as:

  • Honey Bee Tattoo
  • Queen Bee Tattoo
  • Carpenter Bee Tattoo
  • Leopard Print Bee Tattoo
  • Cute Small Baby Cartoon Bee Design

Honey Bee Tattoo

If you’re looking to get a sweet honey bee tattoo, check out the following meanings and designs.

Honey Bee Tattoo Meaning:

Honey bees are associated with many positive things like beauty, fertility, and abundance. They may symbolize love or even motherhood.

Honey Bee Tattoo Designs:

These can be found in various shapes such as butterflies, birds, and flowers as well as words like “hope” or “sweetheart”! The most popular choice seems to be flower arrangements with yellow and white petals representing honeycomb cells containing pollen from flowers that bees pollinate during springtime when flowers are blooming in abundance across North America (and elsewhere).

Bumble Bee Tattoo

Bumble bee tattoos are quite popular among women because they represent a sense of freedom, beauty, and power. These tiny insects are not aggressive by nature, and as a result, their tattoo designs tend to be cute and soft. The symbol of bees is also associated with creativity and fertility, so many people choose this design to enhance the feminine energy in their lives.

Bumble Bee Tattoo Designs

There are many different ways you can design your bumble bee tattoo. Here are some examples:

Queen Bee Tattoo

If you’re looking for a bee tattoo, you may be wondering what type of bee to get. There are many different kinds of bees out there, each with its own set of characteristics and jobs to do. A queen bee tattoo is one of the most popular designs because it’s simple and easy to recognize – the queen is usually depicted as being larger than other honeybees in her hive, and she has two sets of wings!

While many tattoos feature images of just any old bee or even an entire colony, queen bee tattoos are designed to look like a specific kind: specifically, they show an actual queen honeybee in flight. Because this species is so large compared with other insects (including worker bees), it stands out from the crowd when depicted on skin.

Africanized Bee Tattoo

  • Africanized bees are significantly more aggressive than European honey bees. They will attack people who get too close to their hives, and they’re also more likely to sting someone who accidentally disturbs them.
  • Africanized bees are more likely to swarm than European honey bees. Swarming is when a colony of bees leaves its hive in search of a new location, sometimes in huge numbers (hundreds of thousands).
  • Africanized bees are more likely to chase someone away from the area around their hive, whereas European honey bee colonies tend not to do this in general (though they may chase if they feel threatened).

Carpenter Bee Tattoo

A large, black insect could be a carpenter bee. Carpenter bees are black and yellow and can be as big as a bumblebee. They have large, hairy eyes and an abdomen that’s mostly black, but with bright yellow markings on their thoraxes (the middle section of their bodies). Females have longer abdomens than males do.

Leopard Print Bee Tattoo

If you are looking for the best example of a leopard print bee tattoo then look no further. The design is unique, bold, and beautiful. It’s a perfect example of how to make your own statement with this type of tattoo. The artist has created a stunning piece that has been done so well that it almost looks as if it’s made from flowers instead of ink.

This particular design is based on the Africanized honey bee which originated in Brazil but was later introduced into other countries around the world such as North America where they now thrive today due to their ability to survive environments that would normally be unsuitable for them because of climate change such as deserts where temperatures can reach up over 40°C during summer months (or “hot spells” as Americans call them).

Cute Bee Tattoo

When you think of a tattoo, you might be imagining a large piece of art that takes up your entire back. However, there are many smaller tattoos – meaning those that fit on a small part of the body – that can be just as impactful.

Here are some tips for choosing and placing a small bee tattoo:

  • Think about the area of your body where you want to place this tattoo. You’ll want to consider whether or not it will be visible through clothing and if it will look good when layered with other tattoos.
  • Select an artist based on their portfolio and reputation for creating small tattoos like bees. You should also ask them about their experience working in this particular style in case there are any special considerations related to placement or design elements within the bee itself (e.g., wings).

Small Bee Tattoo

If you’re thinking about getting a small bee tattoo, it’s probably because they’re cute and you love the meaning behind them. But what if you have no idea what the design of your small bee tattoo should look like?

If so, we have some ideas for where to start. Without further ado, consult our artists and they will guide you with your small bee tattoo.

Baby Bee Tattoo Designs

  • Baby bee tattoo designs are very cute, adorable, and small. They are so popular among women that they can be placed anywhere on the body. The same is true for men who love to wear them in many different places on their bodies.
  • They’re also very popular among couples and friends because they show your affection for each other by getting a matching tattoo together.

Cartoon Bee Tattoo Ideas

A cartoon bee is a symbol of hard work and determination. The bee represents our many efforts to be productive and successful in life. Bees are also known as the “working ants” because they are very busy and always working hard. Bees display a high level of resilience, which makes them an ideal icon for people who need the inspiration to achieve their goals.

Bees have been associated with wisdom since ancient times, so if you want to get this tattoo design to express your wise character, then we recommend choosing a perfect location on your body where it will look attractive when it shows off the meaning behind this image – your forearm or ankle!

A tattoo with a cartoon bee can be designed in many different ways: from simple black ink designs that resemble bees on flowers or honeycombs up to more detailed pieces filled with intricate floral elements combined with bright colors that make these tattoos fun-looking designs suitable for anyone who wants something visually pleasing without being too flashy (although some artists may choose different colors).

Conclusion

This honeybee tattoo guide will help you find the right design for your body. We’ve covered a lot of ground in this article, but there are still plenty more options out there that we didn’t have space to cover (maybe next spring?). So if you’re looking for an idea on how to pay homage to the hardworking busy bees around us, these designs should give you some inspiration. Or if you’re just looking for something cute and simple like the emoji? Then look no further than our list of options!

Moon tattoos are one of the most popular tattoo designs in the world. Moon tattoos have a long history of being associated with cosmic deities and goddesses like Artemis, Selene, Isis etc. The moon is an archetypal symbol for many reasons and some people choose to ink their bodies with moon tattoos for various reasons. Moon can represent feminine energy, fertility, balance in life and so on.

Moon is also a distinguished symbol and tattoo designs featuring the moon are considered to be very popular.

The reason for this is that moon tattoos are eye-catching, unique, and simple.

The first thing that makes moon tattoos so distinctive is their simplicity. They don’t have many elements; they’re just a circle with a crescent shape inside it or something like that. Another way that they stand out from other tattoos is their use of color—most people will choose black ink for their moons because it gives them more contrast than other colors do when paired with the dark background of skin (or any other medium).

A Sun and Moon tattoo design represents the two sides of nature and human mind.

The sun and moon are two celestial bodies, which have a huge effect on our lives. Their symbolic meaning is a bit different from culture to culture, but they mostly represent the two sides of nature and human mind.

The sun represents the good side and the moon represents the bad side in many cultures around the world. The sun is considered as a symbol of life, warming up our planet during daytime with its light and energy. While at night we see only half of it: “the dark” side of it or “the new moon” as some people call it. This can also symbolize how our minds work; one day we like something while another day we don’t like it anymore because we change our thoughts about things depending on what happens in everyday life circumstances or situations (good or bad).

In other cultures, such as Ancient Greece for example, where Goddess Artemis was worshiped under both names Artemis-Diana (Moon Goddess) and Phoebe-Selene (Moon Goddess), these celestial bodies were believed that represented both masculine/feminine aspects of nature respectively: Apollo/Artemis being masculine while Selene being feminine counterpart who’s connected with fertility & childbirth throughout ancient times due to her ability give birth every month when visible again after disappearing behind Earth’s shadow during new moon phase

These tattoos could be a creative expression of your individuality as every piece of art that adorns your body has a story behind it.

Tattoos are a permanent mark on your body. They can be a creative expression of your individuality as every piece of art that adorns your body has a story behind it.

Whether you want to get a tattoo because you want to express yourself, represent something in your life or even just make an impression on others by getting one, there are many factors that need to be considered before you decide what type of tattoo is right for you.

Amongst the most popular tattoo designs, moon tattoos have quite a few symbolic meanings, which range from balancing sun’s energy to purity and celebration of fertility.

Amongst the most popular tattoo designs, moon tattoos have quite a few symbolic meanings, which range from balancing sun’s energy to purity and celebration of fertility. The moon is known as the light of night in many cultures and has been associated with magic, mystery and madness since ancient times.

The Chinese believe that the full moon was an aspect of their goddess Chang’e—the goddess who lives on the Moon. They also believed that she would bring good fortune to husbands if they made offerings to her on this day at midnight when all other gods were asleep and resting.

In Norse mythology, there are two major moons: Mani (moon) and Máni (moon). Both are female deities who govern fate and fertility while also representing different aspects of timekeeping. The first one represents night while the second one represents day; this makes them both companions but also rivals since they cannot exist without each other’s existence here on Earth!

It is mostly seen in combination with other elements such as sun, stars or flowers to enhance its appeal and symbolism.

Tats that feature the moon in combination with other elements such as sun, stars or flowers to enhance its appeal and symbolism.

Moon tattoos can also be combined with other elements like stars and flowers. For instance, the combination of moon, sun and stars is popular among tattoo lovers. Another common design consists of a crescent moon along with leafy vines or feathers that appear to grow out of it. This type of design often symbolizes femininity as well as nature’s beauty and mystery.

Both men and women can have moon tattoos inked on themselves as they look good on any part of body like back, arm, leg, etc

Moon tattoos are a popular tattoo design with both men and women.

You can have them inked anywhere on your body like back, arms, legs etc.

The moon can be small or large depending on how you want to look at it.

Conclusion

If you are thinking of getting a moon tattoo, then it would be a good idea to check out the designs available online. You can also talk to your tattoo artist and tell him/her about your preferences so that he/she can come up with some designs for you.

Here we have a great example of a crossed fingers tattoo. The artist has created the design to look like it’s been drawn on with a pencil, and this creates an interesting effect. The tattoo features a variety of different colors, including black and grey.

Crossed fingers tattoos are often associated with good luck. This is because the gesture of crossing your fingers can be interpreted as an expression of hope or optimism. It also reflects the desire for something to happen, or for someone to be successful, which fits in well with the idea behind all good luck charms and superstitions.

Although this is not always the case, crossed fingers tattoos are often used as good luck charms by those who have suffered from bad luck in their lives – such as gamblers who have lost money at casinos or poker players who have lost money on games at home or during tournaments. They may believe that if they get a cross between their index finger and thumb (or any other finger) then it will bring them more fortune in future games.

The Creation of Adam is a fresco painting by Italian artist Michelangelo, which forms part of the Sistine Chapel’s ceiling.

It illustrates the Biblical creation narrative from the Book of Genesis in which God gives life to Adam. The fresco is part of a complex iconographic scheme and is chronologically the fourth in the series of panels depicting episodes from Genesis.

The image of the near-touching hands of God and Adam has become iconic of humanity.  Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam is one of the most replicated religious paintings of all time.

During the same period, Michelangelo painted the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. Which took approximately four years to complete (1508–1512).

“The Hand of God” is perhaps the most enduring of Michelangelo’s paintings. Almost five centuries later this image remains prevalent and is still being used in advertising and on posters and T-shirts.This is particularly true of the detail that shows the two hands as they reach towards each other, tantalizingly close, almost touching. The panel illustrates the moment when life is instilled in Adam by God. Michelangelo has placed the central focus upon the hands of God and of Adam, not just by the placement of the figures, but also by the two outstretched arms.  The hand is limp, the fingers are drooping as if they are without energy, awaiting the vital spark of life.

Creation of Adam Tattoo

One of the questions that has been raised about this scene is the identity of the figures next to God.  Given her privileged placement under the arm of God, the female figure is presumably an important one.

Trishul meaning and significance

Trishul has great significance in Hindu Religion, it is in the hands of almost all the deities but it but the significance is even more when it is held by Lord Shiva or Goddess. now why Trishul has been given so much of significance in our culture does have a very deep meaning which is beyond the apparent. let us try to understand …

Lord Shiva’s Trishul is supposed to destroy —-the physical world—attachment to gross the illusionary  world which seems so real ; the world of the mind—the ahamkaar or ego which is a barrier between Me  and HIM -–thus transforms  to be in the third world that is the world of spirituality –thus leads to oneness Shiva into a single non-dual plane of existence, that is bliss alone.

the trishula in human body represents three energy channels –ida, pingala and shushmana meet at the brow. Shushmana, the central one, continues upward to the 7th chakra, or energy center. While the other two end at the brow, there the 6th chakra is located. The trisula’s central point represents Shushmana. And that is why it is longer than the other two, representing ida and pingala.

SHIVA HOLDS THE HANDLE  means Lord is  BEYOND ALL THE TRIGUNAAS means HE is NIRGUN

As trident symbol represents auspiciousness ….so by praying and giving pure thoughts to the mind with devotion we can be ONE with the lord by balancing our thoughts and actions which can relieve us from  Past, present and future or agony of birth, life and death.  Thus help us to lead a life of bliss while still being under the protection of the almighty           –

They believed that the mushroom was very beneficial to the body. In China, the mushroom is also a symbol of a long life, which is linked back to their beliefs that the mushroom is good for the body. The Chinese also believed that the mushroom symbolized transformation, rebirth, and happiness. They believed that the mushroom only grows in peaceful times.

Several different cultures believed that the mushroom is a symbol of the human soul. Elsewhere,  the mushroom represents enlightenment. The mushroom can also represent masculinity, due to its symbolism of male fertility and virility.

Literature tells us that the mushroom is a symbol of immorality and eccentricity. Some people believe that the mushroom is a symbol of weird things or the unbelievable. The mushroom is also a symbol of the psychedelic realm and fantasy.

A rose tattoo is one of the most prevalent patterns in the world. Both males and females embellish their bodies with this symbol, which has a very deep and complicated history.

Originally, this pattern has appeared in Persia, there a rose was considered to be only a male flower, but then diverse senses have been assigned to this pattern in divergent countries.

Rose Tattoo Meaning

Thus, for instance, in Greece this flower symbolized the blood of Aphrodite, in Rome it has been connected with the goddess Diana, who has transformed her lover into a rose, in Egypt it was a favorite flower of Isis, in Christian countries the rose has been associated with the blood of Christ. In the East, this flower was the sign of pure and sincere love.

In the current world, the denotation of the rose depends on its color and it doesn’t matter where the tattoo will be placed.

  • A black rose denotes tragic love, various subcultures invest their own meaning. Hence, for example, goths reckon that the black rose is death, for anarchists the same symbol is the fight.

More popularly known in Asian cultures such as in Japan, cherry blossoms have various meanings. They have become a national symbol for the country and they have been known to be celebrating amazing cherry blossom festivals all throughout spring. Not only does the flower have national symbolism it also has cultural impact as well. Primarily it is believed to be a symbol of joy and love; it also helps strengthen the spirit and promotes the beauty of life. Cherry blossoms only bloom in spring and they disappear again after a short time which symbolizes how people should value and appreciate life as it lasts.

The Japanese cherry blossom is interpreted as ‘transient of life’, since it is very fragile and has a short blooming period. There is an old story attached to this tree that values sacrifice. It is said that there is a Jiu-roku-zakura(the Cherry tree of the Sixteenth day), in the Iyo district of the country. This tree grew on the lands of a Samurai for over a hundred years. When the Samurai became old, the tree began to die. The Samurai felt really bad for the tree. He was a brave and honorable man. Hence, he thought up of a way to save the tree’s life.

He sat under the tree and committed a ritual suicide right there. This act gave the essence of the Samurai’s life to the tree. Within one hour of the Samurai’s death, on the 16th day of the month. The tree began to blossom and continues to live even today. Hence, the cherry blossom tree harbors many spiritual beliefs. These beliefs are set deep within the fundamental teachings of the Buddha.

Infinity tattoos are steadily on the rise with many people opting to get these in one form or another.

The infinity symbol, often used in mathematics, represents a never-ending loop and is depicted as a number 8 on its side. In the tattoo world, this can be seen as a symbol of never-ending or limitless possibility. Some cultures also believe it to represent rebirth or reincarnation.

Historically, this symbol is similar to mythological creatures such as Ouroboros; the snake which consumed its tail and became a creature without end. Often when people get their infinity tattoo, for this reason, they are showing that they are both into mythology and that they like the creatures that the symbol represents. These aren’t the deepest meanings for the infinity tattoo, but they can always attach more meanings to the design later on.

The endless loops and circles that comprise the infinity symbol can also be likened to the seasonal cycle which endlessly repeats year after year.

In this way, the infinity tattoo could mean that the person wants to keep their eye on the ball no matter what time of year it is. It could also mean that they don’t necessarily have a favorite season. But instead choose to enjoy their lives regardless of the time of year it currently is.

These infinity tattoos, while simple, can be customized in a variety of ways.

Popular choices for this type of tattoo include a word or phrase. Inside the loop, such as “love”, “life” or “friendship”.

These, of course, signify a relationship that will never end. And are often used as matching tattoos for two or more people.

One can even add additional symbols such a hearts, stars or other embellishments. To add to the flair of the design.

The fact is that the infinity symbol itself is a bit bland unless holds a lot of meaning to you.

so many people decide to surround it with other images that make the meaning come to life a bit more.

As always, it comes down to the tastes of the person getting the infinity tattoo.

If they are able to find a design that works well with the infinity symbol.

There are two common symbols for zen enso. One is a brushstroke of a closed circle. The closed circle represents the totality of experience and life. The other is a brushstroke of a circle with one small opening. The open circle represents the imperfection found in all things and suggests to the student to stop striving for perfection and instead to allow the universe to be as it is.

The open circle is a concept that reflects closely with Japanese Zen Buddhism. The Japanese concept of wabi-sabi is that all things are perfect as they are. An analogy is a peasant’s jar, misshapen, chipped and worn through years of daily use. Although it may not be as pleasing visually as a pristine carefully crafted jar, it is said to stimulate the mind and emotions, stimulate the spirit of a person to contemplate the essence of reality. As with everything related to Zen, there is a beautiful simplicity to the traditional enso, both the open and closed versions.

The classic symbol for Zen is the enso. It is known as the circle of enlightenment.

In the sixth century, a text named the Shinhinmei refers to the way of Zen as a circle of vast space, lacking nothing, and nothing in excess. At first glance, the ancient enso zen symbol appears to be nothing more than a circle. But it’s symbolism refers to the beginning and end of all things, the circle of life, & the connectedness of existence.

It is said that in the hands of a Zen master. The power of the enso symbol for zen is released. Helping those who meditate upon it to reach a higher level of consciousness. It is used as a symbol of enlightenment. Zen masters often brush paint an enso for their student to meditate upon. The quality of the brushwork is said to reveal the depth of the master’s enlightenment.

People with friends or family in the military will add a yellow ribbon or dog tags to signify their military connection.

A peace sign can also represent that a person who is going through a rocky transformation or a tumultuous time is keeping their mind focused on the goal. Drawing around the peace sign or within the peace sign also turns the symbol into something more meaningful. Often people will request the flag of a country or a dove to make the picture more meaningful.

Peace symbol tattoos can actually be a request for two different types of designs.

This request ether means the circle with the vertical line splitting into three forks or the human hand holding up the index and the middle finger with the thumb overlaid across the ring and pinky fingers; not with the back side of the hand showing. This has a completely different meaning in different  parts of the world.

Inner peace tattoos are calming and relaxing and have several meanings. General inner peace represents a state of spiritual and mental peace.

There is no single design or rule to live with here. Some symbols that you can use to represent peace include Yin Yang, Buddha, lotus, peace and flowers.

Tribal peace sign tattoos are among the most popular peace sign designs. The tattoos are inked in many variations mostly portrayed alone or inked with other elements and symbols. Men mostly wear the tattoos even though there are women who sport them.

Peony symbolizes wealth, good fortune, and prosperity. Peony is a strong symbol of beauty, fragility and transitory nature of existence. Furthermore, they depict that getting great rewards is only possible by taking great risks.

Adding to their obvious beauty is the individual meanings of the flowers. Some flowers represent love and friendship, while others have associations of new life and peace. Whether you adore a certain blossom for its true beauty or appreciate the sentiment behind it, the following wrist tattoo ideas are perfect for brainstorming your first or next petaled tattoo.

The pairing is known as Karajishi and the lion’s ferocity is tempered by the peony’s beauty.

    Peony Tattoo

Peony is a flower with a deep history of veneration and cultivation for many centuries. For example in China and Japan, the peony is a symbolic floral with similar meaning to the lotus, chrysanthemum and cherry blossom.

Peony is a symbol of wealth. Also remember that in China and Japan people used stone lions to guard sacred places, homes, Palaces, and temples and therefore the peony and the lion combination are not accidental.

Peony can be placed as a tattoo design in various way. They may portray the peony flower alone or combined with other elements and symbols. Peony was deep red in color as a tattoo design. Over time, the tattoo designs changed to include peonies in shades of orange, white, yellow and pink.

    History of Dreamcatchers

Now that we have all that out of the way, let’s talk about the cool stuff. Dreamcatchers. While popular, dreamcatchers do not feature in all Native American cultures. They are very common across the nations, but their origin lies somewhere with the Lakota, Ojibwe (Chippewa), Sioux, and their neighboring tribes. Obviously, this huge swath of different cultures and locations barely narrows it down, so determining exactly where they originated proves impossible.

In the 60s and 70s, the Pan-Indian movement sought to unify many different American Indian tribes across the nations to better coordinate their protest of some shady government claims. While many tribes already formed a coalition of nations—even before the Europeans landed on the continent—this surge represented the largest movement to fight back for their land.

During the Pan-Indian movement, many different tribes shared the unique quirks of their particular tribes and bands. During this time, the dreamcatcher became a popular symbol for many different tribes across a huge swath of North America. People easily recognized it, and it looked awesome. To this day, dreamcatchers appear in traditional shops far away from their original location.

Dream catcher Tattoo why do hold such popularity?

What purpose do they serve, what do dreamcatchers mean, and what kind of history do they have?

let’s look back at the legends of the Lakota tribe. A variant is found in many other tribes, with different names and meanings, but this one is the first I could find in the public domain.

but this one is the first I could find in the public domain.

A long time ago, a Lakota spiritual leader received a vision on a mountain.

He saw the spider trickster Iktomi appear and speak to him in a language that only the spiritual leaders can hear. The spider took the feathered willow hoop of the spiritual leader and began to spin a web while he spoke.

The spider took the feathered willow hoop of the spiritual leader and began to spin a web while he spoke.

He spoke of the cycle of life—we begin as an infant, grow into adulthood, and return to infanthood as a fragile old person who must be cared for.

As a tattoo design too, lotus stands for the same attributes in human nature and depicts the thoughts and attitude of the bearer. Aside from the Victorian and contemporary meanings for the Lotus, there is a wealth of symbolism tying these flowers to Hinduism, Buddhism, and the ancient Egyptian’s religious practices.

    Watercolor Lotus Tattoo Design

The ancient Egyptians used the plant extensively as a symbol in the paintings. And carvings left on the walls of temples and tombs. Scholars believe the Egyptians viewed the Lotus as a symbol of rebirth. Because it appeared to sink at night and rise again in the morning. It is the plant simply loses old blooms and adds new ones on a daily cycle, but it is still a potent reminder of reincarnation and the mysteries of the afterlife. The priests and other religious leaders also brewed the flowers to make a tea with sedative and mild psychotropic effects, which heightened their sense for ritual work.

Buddhism Culture – According to Buddhist religion, lotus defines purity and piousness of the soul,Patience,Mysticism,Direct Spiritual Contact,Emptiness from Desire,Victory over Attachments,Enlightenment and the Bodhi State,Love and Compassion for All Things,Self-Awareness,Faithfulness During Spiritual Development,Rising Out of Suffering as the flower grows in a muddy area, yet maintains its purity. Which implies that even a human being is born complete and yearns for perfection through his journey of life.

Also, Buddhism has meanings for various colors of lotus flowers, as a red colored. Lotus stands for the heart, which implies love and passion.

Similarly, a pink lotus represents devotion towards the divine, while a blue one stands for learning and intelligence. A white colored lotus implies purity and peace, both at spiritual as well as intellectual level. The Buddhist mythology says that the Buddha was born from this pure flower and had a white heart. Which represented his pious soul. Just as a lotus sheds its flowers and seeds together. It signifies a noble soul which guides the other souls on the Earth along the path of Nirvana.

Egyptian Culture   The ancient Egyptian cultures sees lotus as a symbol of the beginning of life and reincarnation, as the mythology of this culture narrates that origination of life on earth was marked by the blooming of this mystical flower from the sea.

Western Culture – The Western culture has a similar kind of reflection of this charming flower. Because it denotes new beginning and rebirth as it reflects divine conception. It also links lotus flower with the search of true meaning of life.

The Lotus meaning in Hinduism is a little different.Brahma, the ultimate creator, emerges from a Lotus as well. This sense of purity arises from the flower’s growing. The habit of rooting in mud and pushing up through the water to bloom.

The better I get to know humans, the more I find myself loving dogs.

The most precious thing in my life is my dog ‘JOY’🐶
No matter how worst my mood is she finds her way to make me laugh out loud. I bought this insanely perfect cute adorable creature when I was at my worst and what she did to me was unbelievable, her aura brought luck and confidence.
It didn’t matter to her how I looked, what mattered to her was how much I give her my time, love and care.

    Dog Memorial Tattoo

Investing my love in something like this gave my life a purpose and a new perspective.
And the best part is, she doesn’t even know how awesome and perfect she is for me. I can never give her the same amount of love in return. But I m trying my best and this is me trying to get her on my body. Until the last day.

The world would be a better place if everyone had the ability to love as unconditionally as a dog, it’s the only thing on earth that loves u more than he loves himself.
This particular tattoo is for my partner in crime ‘JOY’.
